Our Soil Health, Mountain Meadows and Forest Health Projects

With an increase in fire severity due to fire suppression, past land management practices, and climate change, SRWC is inspired to work with regional partners to bring innovative projects using prescribed fire, carbonator Biochar and other large fuel reduction fire breaks to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildlife.
